Any item purchased from ShopBiton in its original condition and packaging with all merchandise tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a prompt refund or exchange.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of underwear, socks and sleepwear we can not accept worn or laundered garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn.

If your order qualified for free shipping, and a return lowers the dollar total of your order below the amount required for free shipping, a shipping charge of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. If you exchange an item it will be treated like a new order and you will be charged shipping and handling of $5.99.

You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s). If the return is a result of our error we will also refund the shipping cost. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition or are missing tags or packaging will be charged a restocking fee.
